Optimum RV is Hiring a Sales Development Representative Near Festus, MO

Optimum RV, a full-service RV Dealer, is seeking Sales Development Professional to join our growing team in Festus and Bonne Terre!

We’re looking for results-driven Sales Development Professionals from any and all industries--RV/auto sales experience is great, but not necessary! We provide a full training program that will prepare you for the role.

We offer excellent pay and benefits with earnings up to $150,000 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer acquisition and retention by driving sales with a high level of customer service.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Adjust content of sales presentations by determining needs of the customer.
  • Reach out to customer leads and provide consistent follow-up.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Schedule: M-SAT 8-6P, Closed on Sundays, One additional day off during the week

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous Sales Experience--auto experience helpful
  • Excellent communication/well-spoken
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with BRM/CRM practices
  • Must be able to work Saturdays
  • GED or High School Diploma
